On September 16, 2019, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 4723establishing fees for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 to take effect October 1, 2019. A list of the updated fees for submissions to the Planning and Zoning Division is available here.

Online Submissions
Applicants are required to submit through the City's online permit and plan management system known as the Citizen Self Service (CSS). The CSS portal will allow applicants to: submit permit and plan applications for Planning and Zoning, Building Inspection, Fire Inspection and Engineering review; pay fees for a variety of development services; access electronic plan reviews by the City; request inspections online; access online applications for professional licenses (formally known as Contractor Registration) and more. Users can access CSSl at energov.cityofmesquite.com.
